We decided to add two AUX heat pumps to our small home just outside Ottawa, and somehow we lucked out by connecting with Liam — yes, that Liam from the mildly irritating TikTok ads 😄<br><br>Jokes aside, Liam and his team were fantastic. Once we said “let’s do it,” the install crew showed up a few days later and had us up and running in no time.<br><br>Full disclosure: my wife and I knew almost nothing about heat pumps and were more than a little skeptical.<br><br>So here’s the good part.<br><br>
