This was my 3rd time utilizing Advanced Heating and Cooling. The first 2 times were due to small repairs. The first was the blower motor failing in my furnace. Vincent arrived the same day I called for help by arriving at the end of his day. It was dark out at the time but he went out of his way for a new customer. The 2nd time was my A/C failing. I made the mistake of saying that I think it is time for a new A/C. Vincent told me to hold on and not panic. He was able to repair the problem quickl
