Nick was a great communicator and seemed very trustworthy. He was very informative and helpful. He answered my questions in detail and gave me useful advice. His coworker Dan helped with installation and he was very friendly. Both showed the utmost professionalism, bringing in mats to avoid tracking slush into the house, they were polite, and were in and out in 2 hours.<br>I needed my water heater replaced. It was under a manufacturer's warranty and they honoured that even though they did not in
