Tremendous service. We had a furnace failure emergency. Beginning of December 2025, of course it was the coldest week to that point. Kristian and his team were great. We had gotten a price about 10 months ealier because I suspected the furnace, although working fine, was getting close to the end at 20+ years. He honoured that price and realizing the situation scheduled the installation within 24 hours. The install team were fantastic, clean removal and installation. They were fun guys singing so
