Gbenga showed up within 30 minutes and worked until well after dark, and came back the next morning during a freezing rain semi-storm to finish. Super nice guy. The water softener install only took an hour, the other several hours were spent cleaning lines that haven't been touched in 20 years and wrestling with faucets encrusted with limescale.
