I was trying to get the shower faucet cartridge out for two hours. Nothing works. It was Friday before they close. The lady is an expert. She asked me what brand (I have no idea). I showed her a photo. She gave me the tool (she said I can rent it) and the replacement part. Very reasonable prices for both. Any plumbing needs....I will try One Stop Plumbing first.
