Called one company. Junior guy arrived and "diagnosed: the problem with a glance. Told me the pipe would have to be pulled out of the wall.. didn't want to get his hands dirty. Called The Irish Plumber and Michael himself arrived, tool box and auger in hand. He assessed the situation explored some options but in the end solved the clog with a deft and experienced hand and good old fashioned elbow grease.
