**Has gone from 1 star to 4**<br>Long story about the saga with my $16,000.00 purchase/install of a new boiler.. I'll try to hit the major points.<br>GOOD : Fast Tech appointments. Techs are friendly and personable. Easy to book online after hours and it's with an actual person - that is a great feature.<br>BAD : Not happy with the salesman who came and did the paperwork for the new boiler. Very friendly, very personable. I felt at the time I was getting good explanations only to find out
