Unfortunately I had a very similar experience to another reviewer: my husband and I took time from our busy work schedules to meet with the owner who seemed knowledgeable and was very keen to draw up plans for a new design. Our meeting lasted over an hour. We then waited for the design and quote - delaying our feedback to others who estimated the work - but heard nothing.
