I live in a Minto townhouse community. Dean Ryan’s snow clearing crew have done an excellent service. They have plows for the parking lot, spots and sidewalks. The most difficult challenge is the footpaths, leading from sidewalks to front doors. These have to be shoveled by hand. They would have shoveled hundreds of footpaths. Those employees are out from 1:30 am to 11:00, today. Even in a wind chill of -27.
