Notified by our neighbour (who is keeping an eye on our place while we’re out of town) that the temperature in our house was down to 6◦C, even though the thermostat was set to “Heat” and to a temperature of 15◦. I called Saliss and my call went directly to their technician (Matt), who was at our door within an hour, as promised. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty pressure switch, which he replaced.
