We called Mike Pope to help with a leak in our basement caused by a toilet upstairs. John Harris was our tech and he was prompt, professional, and completed the job quickly. John also provided a thorough explanation of what caused the problem and shared some good information on the brand of our toilet that will save money on replacement parts should they ever be needed in the future.
