Had a nasty experience yesterday. I had a rented water heater with Reliance Home Comfort and it blew up and had to be changed. They sent people to the house who could not speak english and who refused to replace or remove their equipment. When I called the office...same thing, person on the line could hardly speak English and not only refused to assist but advised me they would charge us $65 +tx for them to pickup their faulty equipment. Talk about an awesome customer journey. Worst business exp
