I recently had a leak in my hot water tank which I have been renting from Reliance. I called Reliance right away as there was a great deal of water on the floor in my carpeted family room. I was told that they couldn’t come to my home that day as they were fully booked. They told me they would have a service person come the next day between 7 to 10:30.
