Our various family members have been using Laird & Son for years. Here's why - great service.<br>Last week, our furnace shut down during some of the heaviest and coldest snowfalls in Toronto. We checked that the outside exhaust and intake vents were cleared of snow. We also checked that the furnace filter was not clogged up and tried to reset the furnace. When the furnace still didn't work, we called Laird & Son.<br>In a couple of hours, they sent a service technician to check things out. H
