We just got a furnace and heat pump installed by Infiniti and the whole process was great. From Alex sitting and chatting with us and making us feel heard and at ease, to Arthur and Darryl being great and courteous with the install! Arthur even came back when I thought something was up with the settings on the thermostat and fixed it for us.
