I ordered a Broan AI Series ERV (V1-160E75RTERV, 140 CFM) along with the Advance Touchscreen Control (VTTOUCHW) from Impressive Climate Control, just before Christmas. What I really appreciated is that they called me personally to explain they were about to close for the holidays and that shipping would happen at the beginning of the new year, just to make sure I was OK with the delay. That level of communication is rare and very appreciated. As promised, the order was shipped the very first day
