Woke up to a locked out message on our thermostat for the furnace. Called Hometown and a very friendly receptionist was ready to take my call and issue a work order. I got a call in 10 minutes informing me that a technician was on his way. The technician was courteous and resolved our issue in a timely fashion. We were both impressed with how professionally the whole issue was handled.
