It was notable from my initial phone call with the receptionist, to Jen the Comfort Specialist (sales) who came to our house to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new furnace, and to Pat & Keifer who installed our new Trane furnace. I can say the service and interaction I had with everybody at Donaldson Home Service was second to none.<br>I had been with one of the "monopoly companies" that have the lion's share of all HVAC & Water Heater business throughout Ontario for many years.
