Ryan, the dispatcher, was an absolute delight to deal with... Friendly and proactive he kept me posted wrt furnace maintenance updates, as it had to be rescheduled a couple of times due to an unusual number of EMERGENCY "NO HEAT" calls (which should and do take precedence over regular maintenance...). Additionally, I had requested an appointment for after 11am and 15 moments notice before the technician would be arriving (so I would have time to tie up Charlie, my over protective German Shepherd
