I shopped 4 companies for my heat pump and in the end, I decided to go with ECM. I am happy I did. It is not an impersonal multi national chain but a smaller company with a goal to do the job right. I could tell Andy knew his stuff when he came to do the initial estimate and sizing for our heat pump. It was not a simple install as they were replacing my 20 year old geothermal heat pump for an air to air. Keith was there on day one to get the ball rolling with his technicians and he was ther
