I shopped 4 companies for my heat pump and in the end, I decided to go with ECM. I am happy I did. It is not an impersonal multi national chain but a smaller company with a goal to do the job right. I could tell Andy knew his stuff when he came to do the initial estimate and sizing for our heat pump.
