They did our full exterior waterproofing, sump pump with battery backup, and backflow valve installation over 10 years ago. We had recurring basement flooding but we haven't had a single drop of water in our basement for over a decade.<br><br>Slava has always been available by text and has even responded to me in the middle of the night during extreme cold when my sump pump alarm was going off. He gave me advice to fix it myself and resolving the problem without having to pay for a service call
