Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Willowgrove was hired in the summer of 2020 to do a $150,000 renovation on our basement and backyard and it’s been nothing but issues. The job still isn’t done. It’s been over a year. The materials that are used are the lowest possible quality. They will also demand the costumer source out their own additional materials at their own cost. Be prepared to find all your own good-quality materials. The worksmanship is TERRIBLE.
