Awful company. Rented a bin and THEY did not pick up their bin when it was communicated it was full. Several calls/voice-mails were left and no return calls from them indicating when they would pick up. Winter came and they could not pick up as it was at a cottage and they charged us for the entire time it was left. This was not our fault as we called them to pick the bin up and they dodged and ignored the calls. **edit to add** just because my name wasn't listed as a client, doesn't mean WE wer
