The team at Waterloo Energy went over and above to ensure that we were informed and confident in their two-day installation of a 3 ton heat pump and humidifier in our residence. The three-person install team, led by Sean, was especially professional in their communications and technical work. They arrived on time, prepared and polite. They laid drop sheets, covered our washer and dryer, and ensure our hostas were undisturbed by the large equipment. In addition, they worked hard to run the tubes
