At first the lead installer seemed to have an attitude and just overall rough mood. My wife and also heard quite a few F bombs. Not particularly professional in that regard. That attitude and language issue seemed to get better as time went on. I recognize our install was more difficult because we have an older home, but still it does not give the customer the feeling of making the right decision.<br><br>We are quite satisfied with the unit that was installed and everything appears to have b
