Terrible service from this company. My neighbours and myself in total 8 homes signed up in November 2025. The two substantial snow events were a disaster. The first storm they showed up really late the day after the storm. The last storm on Sunday 01/25 we are still waiting on them apparently their equipment broke. It's now Tuesday 01/27 Would NOT recommend them
