Own home has home warranty coverage, issued through the mortgage company. The hot water on demand stopped working, so I contacted the warranty company. A plumber was sent to the house from a local company. The plumber determined that the unit was beyond repair and therefore the claim wasn't covered. We've dealt with Valley Plumbing for a number of years, so contacted them to install a new hot water on demand unit. Terry from Valley Plumbing came to the house today with a new unit to install. Upo
