In 2023 ThermoCool installed a heat pump in my bedroom to replace the original heat pump (2009). On November 17, 2025, ThermoCool technicians removed my bedroom heat pump because it was not providing heat. After analysis by ThermoCool, I understand my heat pump was shipped to the manufacturer in Georgia, USA, and returned to our local Thermocool (Etobicoke, ON).
