I think I'm having a love-hate relationship with plumbers in Canada. I've used one a couple of times in my life and I consider them a luxury, rarely to be used unless a flood ensues. Main reason being, they're extremely expensive for, what I believe, no reason. Yes, your plumber did a good job, worked for an hour and a half or so, but $700???? You basically have to be rich to afford one. What does a person/senior who still owns a home but has low income do. That's a chunk of their pension/salary
