Mike the Estimator appeared to do a thorough job assessing our current shingles and the state of our venting and insulation and was happy to discuss options with me in great detail. He seems to really have a passion for whole-home roof/insulation/venting solutions. He warned me that The Roofman services would not be cheap, but would be competitive, and he did recommend their highest line of GAF shingles as well as upgrades to the attic insulation and ventilation.
