I needed a chimney ceiling extension part for a an A-Frame installation and only had the crew for one day. The store had the part and knew I was driving 140 km on a very tight timeline to complete the job. When I arrived Joanne (if I have the name correct as I was running in and out) had the part at the front, bill printed and all I had to do was pay. She even went to the door and held it open.
