Avoid the Home Improvement Group, especially Christine Delongte at all costs. I reached out to this company after finding them on HomeStars. I called and spoke to Christine about the work (range hood install) and she asked me to text photos of the job, which I did, but received no reply. When I followed up by phone, she claimed she hadn’t seen them and asked me to email instead. Eventually, she confirmed they could handle the work and we began discussing scheduling.
