During the worst possible weather we have experienced in years, we realized the line that goes out to the street was blocked, causing a flood in our basement. We detected this late in the evening. We called Jeff at The Great Plumbing Co. In the morning, and given the severity of the problem, Jeff was at our house by noon. Before running any equipment through any lines, he carefully diagnosed the problem by determining the flow of all the pipes in the house, and running water throughout the house
