I hope this reaches who it is intended. I just want to give a huge shout out to Jesse. He is an outstanding employee, kind, caring, and does an outstanding job. Our building frequently uses terminix and I regularly see Jesse. He always takes the time to ask me how I am doing and how my apartment is. I hope this reaches his boss and I hope you know how great of an employee you have with that guy!! Hands down he makes dealing with a pest situation so much easier and pleasant and I’m sure my words
