We were very happy to have called Dan at Tap Tech. Our neighbours had recommended him after their own great experience. I called in the evening, and he was able to come the next morning to sort out a clogged drain problem that has plagued us off and on for a few years in a rental property. Other plumbers had run a snake through it on 3 or 4 occasions over the last few years. Dan explained that that was a temporary fix as the pipes were likely coated with grease and just snaking it would poke
