Superb Property Maintenance

I am a property manager I was dealing with an emergency situation recently. While not a common problem, the specialists I called would normally have been able to look after it in a few hours. The extreme cold was freezing the specialists equipment (burst pipes and frozen hoses) and the duration and cost of the situation were getting out of hand.
