This company gave a WETT certificate for the house we were purchasing as a condition of sale required by our insurance ! It was falsified ! We found this out when we had the chimney cleaned by a professional! It was not up to code, which included many infractions, example there was no liner ,connection to chimney was rusted through, not good because it was an unexpected cost to us to be at code!
