About 9.5 years ago we did a major renovation, and after a lot of research I decided to go with Spring Home. Their pricing landed exactly where I hoped it would, and the reviews were consistently positive. Sam was our sales rep.<br><br>When the house was finished, there was a small issue that came up. It was due to a miscommunication between the general contractor and the installers. A hose had been pushed behind a joist, and the drywall crew sealed it in. I would not say it was entirely Spring
