They were not professional at all. Critical cabinet components were missing from the washroom vanity, and essential parts required to properly secure the dishwasher were also not installed. What made the situation worse is that the technician acknowledged that parts were missing, yet continued to argue that it was not their responsibility. This shows a lack of accountability and professionalism. Overall, the workmanship and customer service were poor. I would not recommend this company.
