They responded promptly after the ice storm and communicated clearly from the start. The pricing was very reasonable, and they took the time to explain the plan before getting started. The large fallen tree limb was removed with precision - no damage at all to our fence or surrounding shrubs. Professional, efficient and reliable service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
