Technician came to my condo site as scheduled. He conducted a thorough diagnostic of my heat pump. He determined there were 2 faulty components which he replaced and provided an explanation of the purpose for each.<br>This technician made me feel very comfortable during this process, gaining my confidence in his ability to make this repair in a timely manner while proving a very fair quote.<br>I would definitely recommend Shax HVAC especially for heat pumps as in my case
