Shanks came out to my house quickly on the weekend. The issue was diagnosed and resolved within an hour. I found the plumber (Mark) to be friendly & knowledgeable. After resolving the issue, he performed a thorough inspection to determine whether there were any potential concerns elsewhere and gave me solid advice on a couple of preventative measures. We will use Shanks again, and will recommend them to friends & neighbours should they ever need a plumber. Thank you Shanks a
