We had a main floor washer machine leak, a big leak that flooded through to two finished basement rooms. We also had water running through the subfloor under the main floor hardwood floor. Our insurance company recommended Servpro, we said please send them the damage was pretty bad. The drywall ceilings collapsed on us in the basement while we were trying to mop up the water.
