I had a very good service experience with ServicePlus. My fireplace was not functional and couldn't be turned on. I do appreciate both Andrew and Trenton for the help. Andrew came in for diagnosis and quickly identified where the issue was. He also spent lots of time to find the right parts from market for the replacement.
