I called because I had yellow jackets fighting their way into my siding from multiple access points. I treated it myself but that only brought them into the house. I called around a few places and didn't feel comfortable when talking to any of them. I called Scott as a last attempt, and he was so informative, kind, and helped me not feel stress. He came instantly , treated, and even checked spots I didn't notice. His prices cannot be beat and his guarantee sold me. He was the one willing to help
