Sanderson replaced our roof over 10 yrs ago. Our roof recently lost two shingles. We called and agreed to the quoted price. Sanderson’s owner looked up the records and called us back to tell us that the repair job would be free of charge. By the way, without warranty their price is also very reasonable compared to other companies. The repair work was done promptly and they also did an inspection of the whole roof. We are really impressed by the professionalism of their staff and excellent work.
