Very dissatisfied and disappointed. We needed to have a bannister installed on our basement stairs for our home insurance to be renewed. They came, assessed and said a quote would be sent. 1 week went by with no quote. We sent an inquiry and were assured a quote would be sent that week. Another week went by with no quote.
