I was at the Rona in Smith's falls yesterday with a problem at me daughters house that I was trying to Mcgiver. I told the man behind the counter my problem. He took me out into the yard, and two other employees came to us. He told them my problem, and all three were looking for a solution. They all came up with good possibilities. Then one of them had the perfect fix. How many businesses go to that much trouble to help a customer these days. The Rona in Smith's falls has the best service people
