I’ve purchased from Roman bath several times for different renovations. The sales representatives were always very knowledgeable and able to recommend product that fit our needs and budget. Recently, a component of a shower system I purchased back in 2019 is giving us problems - I got through to customer service within minute, and Roman Bath requested the component from manufacturer under warranty on behalf of us. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service and quality
